Alfred H. Barr Jr., director of New York’s Museum of Modern Art, replies to Evelyn Ahrend, director of the Programmes Office of the Spanish Refugee Relief Campaign, informing her of the delivery costs of Guernica and related works. He informs her, as an exceptional case, that he will pay the transport costs of the related works from Paris, but will not take charge of the delivery from the Port of New York to the Valentine Gallery.
