A letter from Ethen Shein to Richard E. Oldenburg

Ethel Shein, deputy director at the Museum of Modern Art , New York, writes an internal letter to Richard E. Oldenburg, director of the museum, to say that William Rubin has spoken to Roland Dumas about the negotiations on the transfer of Guernica to Spain and with indications of how to proceed with the Spanish government.
