Óscar Urrutia, general coordinator of the cultural programme for the Olympic Games in Mexico in 1968, informs Carol K. Uht, curator of the Nelson Rockefeller collection, that the loan of the replica Guernica tapestry cannot be processed and therefore cancels the letter dated 24 September.
