Rachmael ben Avram's letter to Carol K. Uht

Rachmael ben Avram, coordinator of the international press service for the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico, informs Carol K. Uht, curator of the Nelson Rockefeller collection, of the cancellation of plans to display the replica Guernica tapestry and forwards a letter he wrote to Nelson Rockefeller on 26 September explaining that it cannot go ahead because the appropriate security measures cannot be guaranteed.
