War, a work co-produced by the Musée National Picasso-Paris and the Cité internationale de la bande dessinée et de l'image d'Angoulême, is made up of 33 panels that correspond to the frame structure of Guernica from the restoration of the MOMA in 1964 and that replicates the original size of the work.

It describes the career of a dictator, represented in majesty at the center of the play, from his conquest of power to his fall and assassination. Being a reflection on violence and war, the installation multiplies the references to the work of Picasso, Dante or Goya and immerses the viewer in the dark side of the collective imagination.
