An article written by Eugenio Carmona Mato and Pablo Rodríguez García and published in issue 14 of the magazine Eviterna under the title Is Picasso Still of Interest? Revisions, Perspectives and Projections, centring on the figure of Picasso. The text analyses the creative process in Guernica and its formal language, whereby Picasso draws on symbols already present in his imagery — the bull and the horse, for instance — condensing them into a tightly packed, complex composition that would make the work polysemic and hermetic.
